Description

Our goal at CUCollaborate is to be the best in the world at solving problems that make the world a better place. We believe that growing credit union membership, increasing access to fairly-priced financial products for people of modest means or those historically discriminated against, and helping credit unions maximize their impact in their communities and member's lives all make the world a better place. CUCollaborate is looking for a passionate Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with CUCollaborate members. For our credit union clients, this role will be a trusted partner and advisor on best paths forward. The Account Manager will help our clients reach their strategic business goals through adoption of software as well as through prescription of consulting solutions. The ideal candidate would have these qualities:

  • Achieve quarterly renewal goals and quarterly upsell/cross sell goals;
  • Provide a world-class customer experience and white glove service;
  • Partner with senior executives to map CUCollaborate solutions to customer needs in a way that will drive adoption and value;
  • Train and engage end users to create excitement and momentum around CUCollaborate's solutions and associated business outcomes;
  • Own customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion Technology Requirements;
  • Establish a trusted relationship with each client and drive continued loyalty;
  • Proactively identify and lead account management process improvements;
  • Attend company meetings as required;
  • Ensures compliance with all internal and external compliance regulations and complies with all company policies.

Duties & Responsibilities

We have a world-class team striving to deliver meaningful results for our team and over two hundred credit unions across this country. Our environment is fun and fast-paced, and we are passionate about growing personally and professionally. Responsibilities include:

  • 3+ years minimum of relevant work experience in early stage, high-growth B2B, SaaS, and enterprise software;
  • Proven track record of demonstrated ability to onboard, support, and engage customers, encouraging high levels of adoption, satisfaction, and value.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of professional work experience.

Education & Experience Required

  • Base salary is $90K with OTE $110K
