The Purpose of Our Survey

As credit unions look to the future, it is clear that partnerships with core data processing vendors will continue to be one of – if not the most – important partnership a credit union establishes. No matter what new ancillary technologies or delivery channels are developed, all of these innovations will continue to integrate and rely on the underlying strengths and flexibilities of credit unions’ core data processors.

The Core Processing Satisfaction Survey aims to serve as a vehicle for the unedited exchange of information between credit unions, which we believe is the best way for credit unions to stay informed about their current or potential future partners.  We at CUCollaborate believe it is critical that credit unions share their evaluations and experiences with vendors serving the industry. Partnering with a new vendor involves numerous risks. CUCollaborate hopes to mitigate some of these risks by providing platforms that effectively codify the industry’s seemingly disparate collective knowledge so that we can learn from each other’s experiences.
